THE ORIGIN
All My Fears Are Gone begins in White Sands National Park in New Mexico — a place of immense quiet and luminous white gypsum desert.
I photograph the landscape on site, returning again and again to the same terrain. The desert carries layered histories: ancient seas, early human presence, and the site of the first atomic explosion.
Light and shadow coexist here. The space between this dimension and the next feels thin. These photographs serve as the foundation for each finished piece.
velvet & embroidery
Each work begins as a photographic print on velvet, hand-embroidered stitch by stitch with holographic thread. The surface holds and reflects light like a shimmering horizon, becoming a three-dimensional landscape of softness, depth, and quiet radiance.
